Chilled outside coffee cart based in the city!!

Finally looking for a head barista / site manger to help to streamline the day to day runnings.

Looking to help with filter coffee sourcing / customer experience training / daily runnings

Will be working with me closely till next year to work as a team to start taking over the role as site manger. We will then open another site so as looking for someone to help grow the company and grow with the company.

Must be fast at making coffee. Have a good extraction knowledge and have great customer service and be able to build customer rapport. Also must be able to handle the English winter!!!
